Office Policy
READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your Free consultation is limited to 15 minutes. If more time is needed, the front desk will schedule an office visit.
Consultations over 15 min. are subject to a $75 charge and due at the time of the appointment.
Any cancellations or reschedules have to be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If it is not there will be a $75 cancellation fee and a $100 deposit that will go towards your services but forfeited for any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, late arrivals, and/or no-shows.
