FOUNDER “The Botox Lady”

Jessica E. Lauren (aka The Botox Lady), a physician assistant, is originally from Chicago. Completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Illinois State University, and continued on to the Physician Assistant program at Marywood University in Scranton, PA. She then completed her clinical training at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Jessica holds a professional membership with the Academy of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants. Prior to her journey in Aesthetics, Jessica practiced in Urology and Family Medicine. Always a health and beauty enthusiast, her passion for injectables in particular, began early on after seeking out treatment with Botox to manage her own chronic migraine symptoms. After significant relief, Jessica was determined to integrate her medical training and love of all things aesthetic. Jessica has been trained by some of South Florida’s most well-respected plastic surgeons, dermatologists and anti-aging medicine specialists. She has training in numerous advanced injection techniques and attended master training courses through Allergan and Galderma.

Jason A Switek, a Philadelphia native, is a retired 25-year veteran funeral director, embalmer, and county coroner. He is a graduate of the prestigious American Academy McAllister Institute of Mortuary Science in Manhattan, NY, and the Pennsylvania State Police Academy for Forensic Sciences.

Due to the unprecedented success of Jessica Lauren aka “The Botox Lady” in South Florida, Jason was called from retirement to direct Jessica’s practice with his strong business acumen and exceptional customer service skills. Together they have become one of the most sought-after aesthetic medicine establishments in the Tri-county area.

In his little free time, Jason enjoys adventure travel, competitive shooting, and all of the splendors of South FL.

Jason is an avid supporter of “The Gift of Life” Donor Program, an organization he’s been working with for over 8 years while awaiting a double organ transplant due to a genetic illness. His passion for life and fiery personality contribute to his longevity he has been stumping his Doctors for over 40 years.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Palma is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery; the only official body authorized to certify fully trained Plastic Surgeons, and has been practicing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for over 25 years. He received his medical training and education at some of the best universities in the nation.

After graduating from Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, with an M.D. degree, Dr. Palma served his General Surgery Internship and Residency at the University of California in San Francisco. He went on to complete his Residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Stanford University Medical Center in California. His training included fellowships in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery at Roswell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo, New York, and a Plastic Surgery Fellowship in Calgary, Canada.

Lorena Morales is a Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated over 6 years to aesthetic expertise. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Keiser University.

Prior to working as an aesthetic injector, Lorena worked as an RN at the Univerisity of Miami’s Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery clinic as well as an ENT clinic. When she graduated as an ARNP, she began her aesthetic journey in Body Details where she gained her training and expertise in laser hair and tattoo removal.

Lorena is certified through Empire Medical Training and Kiss Aesthetics for Botulin Toxin and filler administration. She also attended a master injector training course at the Esthetic Skin Institute for Advanced Sculptra Aesthetic. Lorena is passionate about up-to-date advanced injection techniques and is an expert injector for nonsurgical rhinoplasty, modern lip filler techniques, and facials as well as body contouring.

CERTIFIED AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

Jacqueline (Jacki) graduated Cum Laud with a Master’s in Science from FAU. in 2017, her passion for beauty and aesthetics drove her to become certified as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner. Jacki completed her aesthetic training through Empire Medical Aesthetics and Master Injectors from around the globe.

Jacki specializes in all areas of injectables from Botox® and Xeomin® injections to Dermal Filler injections and other aesthetic modalities. Patients love her positive and supportive attitude, as well as the amazing results she provides!

In her free time, Jackie enjoys staying physically fit through her hobbies — biking and kayaking. She’s also a musician, making time to play drums and bass in a rock band!

CERTIFIED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Elsa is a graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health, where she earned an Associate Degree in Paramedical Skin Care. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru.

She began her career in Medical Aesthetics in 2011 working with Dr. C. Roberto Palma at the Sunrise Intracoastal Plastic Surgery Center, where she specialized in pre- and post-surgery skin care treatments and lymphatic drainage. Elsa combines her education in biology and practical experience in skin care to provide a variety of specialty facial treatments, chemical peels, and general skin care to target anti-aging, hyperpigmentation, acne, and rosacea. She is passionate about working with her patients to address their specific skin care needs and help them achieve the healthy skin they desire. She enjoys interacting with her patients and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French!

In her free time, Elsa enjoys gardening, cooking, and Muay Thai kickboxing.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

From day-to-day practice interactions to patient events and staff education, Riley is passionate about patient experiences and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Her priority as patient experience manager is to ensure that each patient has a positive experience throughout their journey here at The Botox Lady Med Spa. She works closely with patients and providers from start to finish to visually convey the world of aesthetics in a virtual way working behind the scenes on all things social media as well. Whether you are a returning guest, or a new face daring to make a change, Riley ensures that every visit to The Botox Lady will be a pleasant and rewarding experience.

In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and her three-legged Mini Bernedoodle Nubs!
